Asylum of the Daleks - Doctor Who Season 7 Episode 1

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! It's finally happening! If you've searched this, you know why you're here. 

• What an opener, oh, that was THE most epic thing in the world! Aaaaah! If you're not watching this you are missing out on the most integral of all human experiences. 
• Oh, no, everyone is being acquired!!! Oh, man, this is terrifying! 
• Eleven! Oh, that was lovely! 
• Parliament of the Daleks? Whoa, whoa, look at them all! Oh, wow...wait, wait, save the Daleks? From what? Oh, wow, this is beyond intriguing. Oh, Matt Smith, I love you. 
• What a cool opener thing...it's so psychedelic and then the lights. 
• Love this music...who is the girl with the souffle? She's pretty, but who the heck is she? 
• Uh-oh, what the heck is up with Amy and Rory? 
• Millions of Daleks? Who love opera? Oh, I see...crashed. Oh, she had better be the Doctor's new companion. 
• Oh, I love you, Matt Smith. This Dalek/woman thing is creepy. 
• Firing him at a planet...oh, this is precious. I love Karen Gillan right now. 
• If he's the first person she looks for, then nothing can be really wrong between them, right? Right, that's what I'll tell myself. 
• Souffle Girl is my new favorite nickname for someone. 
• Oh, no, if anything happened to Rory, I will be so pissed. God, I am so in love with this right now...my first Saturday night at college, and it's with the Doctor? Night well spent, in my opinion. 
• Oh, my God, they're dead! Whoa, whoa, what the heck is going on here? Oh, this is the most epic season ever. Oh, shit! He's one of them!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ah, did not see that coming! Oh, whoa, this is generally terrifying...if this wasn't so riveting I'd go and lock my door. 
• Hey! Nobody criticizes the Doctor's chin! Or Matt Smith's looks in general, because he is fantastic. 
• Oh, yes, I need to know what the heck Amy and Rory's problem is...
• Oh, dear God! If Amy goes all Dalek...
• The Dalek basement thing is really, really creepy. Very well staged in my opinion. 
• ...Eggs? Oh, no, run, Rory, run!
• Is this seriously how they're going to write Amy out? She loses her memories? 
• Who the heck is he? Who are all of them? This is odd...very, very odd. Oh, I see. 
• Dalek-cam is fairly cool ... oh, that was an epic move. 
• Ah, yes, the carry! I've been waiting for this! Very cinematic. Oh, Matt Smith, you are a badass. 
• I'm unsure if we should be trusting this Oswin/Souffle Girl...
• I love his plans, I just do. 
• Oh, yeah, I definitely do NOT trust Souffle Girl. 
• Aw, poor Rory...that he loves her more than she loves him...oh, Rory does seem like the kids type...aw, poor Amy can't have children! Awww, that's horrible! But she has the Doctor's...oh, Doctor, you are truly magnificent. 
• I ADORE these #newtoWHO commercials. I just love them. I don't even know if they're everywhere, but they're on BBC America and I LOVE them. 
• Intensive care? Oh, wow...
• Uh-oh...where is she...what is this? Oh, no...she's a Dalek!!!!! Oh, this is terrible. This is heartbreaking. I am literally sobbing my eyes out right now. 
• Ah, this is such a good scene! Yes, kiss! Wooooooo! 
• Doctor Who!!!!!!!! Ah, yes, that was the best ending in the entire history of television. Side note, I really don't like Amy's eye makeup in this episode. 
• Oh, that was absolutely the most epic episode, ever!

That was, of course, everything I thought it would be. It was fascinating seeing the Daleks from a completely different angle, and I loved all the great emotional scenes with Amy and Rory and then with Oswin's realization...absolutely brilliant and I definitely cried whilst I watched this episode. 

In short, this was perfection incarnate and I am literally over the moon that Doctor Who is back! Woooooo!
