I love this show and Emily's inner monologues so much.

• Poor Emily! Getting spit at! 
• Oh, dear God, "Willy"?! She is so awkward, I love her! And especially her little narrations in her mind.
• Uh-oh, why does Emily have to break that kind of news to that guy. 
• The woman in 513 is probably a psycho. Oh, okay, she had OCD...alcohol swabs on the stethoscope? Sanitizing after every hair movement? Oh, damn, they did that to her on purpose! 
• Aw, the grandson and Max are so cute! Aw, he's opting for the surgery?
• Cassandra is such a bitch. 
• I don't know Adam can handle Margo, I would've flipped out at her over the OCD ages ago. 
• Oh, God, all the nurses are against her because of hitting on Jessica! 
• Aw, poor Max. 
• Aw, Micah, sweetheart. 
• Oh, this is crushingly awkward...poor Emily. A crush on Micah...oh, dear God, it's Cassandra! Emily, you are so screwed. 
• Oh, God, they think she's bi? And a horndog? Damn. 
• Oh, God, how can you stand Margo, Emily...I'd have flipped out. Yes, Margo, you are terrible to be around...I feel bad, but I cannot stand you. Good thing she's a lawyer. 
• At least Micah doesn't seem to be taking the gossip seriously - I like him a lot. 
• Uh-oh, I don't want Margo to have a brain tumor...she grates on the nerves, but I want her to live. 
• Oh, Lord, she just blackmailed the Chief of Staff. 
• Oh, Emily, this is super sweet, but he is totally going to be behind you or something...oh, no, that disaster was averted. 
• Okay, at least it's not inoperable...and in a good place to be operated. 
• Gina Bendari you are a cold-hearted bitch. 
• Max is going to be okay! Yay!
• Heart to heart with Micah. 
• Cassandra, you bitch! What are you doing?
• Aw, look at Micah's poor, crushed face when you said you liked Will! 
• Yes, Emily, stand up to that bitch! 
• Oh, no, he needs the open-heart surgery! Oh, God, I hope he's okay. He's going to make it! Wooooooooooooooooooo!
• Aw, that's sweet, she's with Micah's mother! Oh, please, you so noticed! 
• Wait, why is Adam crying, did Margo die on the operating table? Hemorrhagic stroke? Oh, no!
• Good for you, Emily! You tell him to man up! 
• Well, Max lived, and I liked him better. 
• Oh, lord, Emily, you have it! 

Haha, that was so cute, Micah is adorable and I love and identify with Emily!
